Please note our cancellation policy for bookings made directly through our website:

• 0-14 days before arrival: Forfeit 100% of Total
• 15-21 days before arrival: Forfeit 50% of Total
• 22-30 days before arrival: Forfeit 25% of Total
• 31+ days before arrival: Full refund.

For bookings made through other portals, please refer to their respective cancellation policies.
